Reception
The reception is available 24h and provides information, maps and city guides.
Our receptionist can also book for you a Museum's Ticket a variety of Tours in Florence and in the surrounding area.
Our staff is always available to meet every need, just ask us!
Services

- Buffet Breakfast served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am, room services on request.
- Check-in: from 2.00 pm (for arrivals after midnight, just send a note on the reservation).
- Check-out: until 11:00 am
- Car park at only 50 meters from the hotel (not in restricted traffic zone) and cost 30,00 € each h24 or in public parking at 500 meters.
Rates & Reservations
Prices are per room per night inclusive taxes (excluding the city tax of € 6,00 per person per night), services, heating and air conditioning.
Payment, Arrivals and Departures
The credit card is required only to guarantee reservation.
The payment of the balance or the total amount of the reservation is required upon arrival (check in).
For prepaid special offers the entire amount of the reservation will be charge at the confirm of the reservation.
We accept major credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, CartaSi, PostePay).
For cash payment you get an
extra discount of 2% of total amount.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellations must be requested only by e-mail to

Flexible - 5 days
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
Non-refundable
- The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
For cancellations or changes on bookings made through online agencies you must contact the referring agency.
Arrivals
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available at 2.00 pm, but if you arrive early you can leave your luggage at reception.
On the day of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room within 11.00 am, but you can leave your luggage for the rest of the day, before your final departure.
Check-in is until 22:00, if you later you can advice us by
hotelmarios@hotelmarios.com or phone indicating the time of arrival.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years can stay free of charge.
For baby under 2 years we have a baby cot.
Pets
Small pets are allowed but you cannot left alone in the room and is required the equipment to take care the animal.
Car Parking
You can easily arrive by car to our hotel without any special permission.
Get Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria (Piazza Indipendenza - the end of Via Nazionale, at traffics lights turn right - turn right into Piazza Adua, Burger King at corner - continue straight and at the end of Via Cennini find us immediately on the right on via Faenza nr. 89).
